WHAT WE DO:

The Emerging Lawyers Committee (ELC) is dedicated to supporting aspiring and current law students, as well as recent graduates entering the legal profession. The
Committee serves as a bridge between academic study and professional practice by fostering mentorship, professional development, and meaningful networking opportunities. Through structured mentorship programs, panel discussions, networking receptions, and interview workshops, the ELC provides guidance on academic success, bar preparation, career pathways, and professional growth. The Committee also creates opportunities for members to connect with experienced practitioners across various practice areas. The ELC is committed to cultivating the next generation of legal professionals by providing access to resources, community, and professional opportunities.
